Legendary Fulanito is back with this strong Ecuadorian bomb called ‘Brilla’. “La Bomba” is one of the strongest cultural expressions of the afro-descendants in El Ecuador at Latin America. The characteristic instrument of this musical genre is a drum called “Bomba”, which is hand made with natural materials such as balso, kapok and goat leather. This rhythm has been a communication channel for Afro communities that have actually been changing over the years because culture is not static. It is changing and adopting new social patterns.

Nowadays, new groups of this genre have incorporated new instruments and ways of musicalizing Afro music, without losing of course the African essence. Adding traditional elements fused with modern genres to achieve a fresh and innovative sound that will be called BombaX, alluding to the fact that we are in the year 2020 and that will be marked in history by everything it has brought us.

To internationalize the new BombaX alternative, Fulanito, an Afro-descendant based in the United States and pioneer in the House Latino, adds himself to the bet on stage by Di Martino, an international DJ consolidated by his numerous residences in clubs in Ibiza, Mallorca and headliner in festivals such as Supermartxé, combined with his work on Europa FM radio, and many more.
