Insomniac Events Announces New Waterfront Festival ‘Day Trip’

The house music festival will take over Pier 46 at the Los Angeles Waterfront

Insomniac Events, the world’s largest dance music promoter, announces the debut of Day Trip, a summer affair turned waterfront house music festival on July 3, 2021 at Pier 46 at the Los Angeles Waterfront. The 21+ festival will offer nonstop house music over multiple stages in a beautiful open-air venue.

Day Trip will be the first ever Insomniac event hosted at Pier 46, a cruise ship dock that will offer festivalgoers 360-degree ocean views of Cabrillo Beach and San Pedro Bay. House music will be the all-day theme, featuring some of the genre’s most well-known and emerging stars as they perform from multiple stages. In addition to nonstop tracks, guests will sip on craft cocktails and enjoy bites from gourmet food trucks. Once the sun goes down, there will be an unforgettable fireworks show over the Pacific Ocean.

Limited passes for the 21+ Day Trip go on sale Thursday, Sept. 3 at noon PT at insom.co/daytrip. House music fans can take advantage of the Labor Day Weekend sale, Sept. 3 – 8, as tickets will be priced at $39.99 each (plus applicable taxes and fees) or fans can take advantage of the payment plan for $5 down.
