The Nod, an acclaimed South Korean dance music producer who gained praise through his song being introduced on iTunes A:List Dance playlist and BBC Radio 1 in 2017 and 2016, has released an enticing new single Fly To Me. He has debuted as an actor in 2020 through the TV show called Forest and continues to grow his presence and fan base throughout Korea and South East Asia.

Categorized within the future bass genre, Fly To Me captures an uplifting, enlivening feeling through the unique rhythm and simple yet alluring melody that is repeated. The single fuses energetic beats with vocal chops to create a unique rhythm and lively feel. “The flux sound, which starts calmly, mixes harmoniously on a long stretched pad sound and the song advances as the rhythms of several instruments continue to pile up,” The Nod explains. The blend of the drum kit and synthesizer generates a refreshing synergy that emphasizes the cheerful spirit.

The Nod reveals, “I tried a sound design that would emulate the feeling of being up in the sky.” The song gives off a refreshing and bright feeling that attempts to make the listener feel ultra-light and care-free as if they are up floating and flying in the sky.

Fly To Me is the third single released by CONECTD MIX which is under the bigger branch label, CONECTD. Sharing the same goal as CONECTD, CONECTD MIX acts as a Modern Silk Road by creating opportunities for Asia’s hidden artists to promote their music in different countries around the world. Fly To Me, released on November 6th 2020, is now available on all platforms.
